Attendees will attain the globally recognised ACX Masters level accreditation through the BP Group.

This four-day, immersive programme equips you to design and deliver real customer experience transformation using the globally recognised CEMMethod™, developed by our long-standing partner, the BP Group.

 

Through hands-on application to real-world scenarios, you will learn how to:

 

  • Design end-to-end customer journeys that deliver meaningful outcomes

 

  • Identify where experiences break down and how to fix them

 

  • Align teams, roles and metrics around customer success

 

  • Turn ideas into a clear, actionable transformation plan you can implement immediately

 

You won’t just learn concepts — you will leave with the skills, tools and confidence to lead customer experience improvements in your organisation, with measurable impact on service, cost and growth. This is a hands-on, practical course that focuses on doing, not theory — giving you a clear staging ground to shift towards customer-centric ways of working. As a result there is no exam requirement.

What you will learn

  • Develop an understanding of Outside-In thinking.
  • Define the full customer lifecycle of a priority customer category.
  • Use the Innovation Formula to ideate and redesign that lifecycle.
  • Understand the alignment of the customer lifecycle to organisational outputs, business and customer outcomes, rewards and mindsets.
  • Review the organisation structure and re-align roles to deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Understand the broader customer experience ecosystem and develop an action plan to deliver CX traction.
